Describe the paper-machine duty
State retention and drainage, dual-system or dry-strength function and name the paper grade.
Separate each duty because it requires different furnish evidence and release measurements.
Describe the furnish window
Include fiber mix, fines, filler, broke, pH, conductivity, temperature and representative variability.
Report normal and difficult ranges rather than one isolated average.
Describe the wet-end path
List make-down, aging, dilution, injection point, contact, fan pump, screens and current additives.
Include shear and mixing conditions that can change floc structure and sheet response.
Define supply needs
Add coded sample needs, trial timing, monthly quantity, packing, destination and document requirements.
Technical sales can then propose a bounded screening and quotation path.
